The information you need to find solutions for your business is available free of charge via Business Eye.

It's a free, impartial information service for Wales created to help at all stages of your business; whether that be if you're starting out and have a new idea, a sole trader, an established business or an employer of hundreds.

When you call the lo-cost phone number, you will be connected to the pan-Wales contact centre, where your enquiry is handled and your details are taken confidentially. If required, your query will be forwarded to someone who can provide further help appropriate to your location, type of business and the support that you require.

The Business Eye website is updated daily to make sure businesses in Wales are up to date with relevant information. The site includes:

  • News – business news such as regulation updates, new schemes, new guidance for businesses.
  • Events & Courses – over 1,000 seminars, conferences, training courses, workshops, overseas trade missions, exhibitions and networking events aimed at businesses in Wales.
  • Online Guides – 100's of direct links to information factsheets and leaflets produced by external organisations on topics such as IT, Finance, Starting up a Business, HR and Marketing.
  • Links – 100's of links to websites such as regulatory bodies, business clubs and representative bodies.
  • Case Studies – examples of how different types of businesses in Wales have used the Business Eye service.
  • Forum – discussion forum for users to share best practice tips, seek business partners and establish new contacts.
  • Newsletter – you can also subscribe to receive a monthly Business Newsletter by email with the latest business support news, regulation watch, awards, events and useful websites relevant to businesses in Wales.
