Work experience Database Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble accessing the” Work Experience search” please ensure that you have completed your first log-in with your allocated username and password and click on the following link again.
If you are still having trouble with the system please follow these steps:
If you are a student, you should have been given a Careers Wales username and password from your teacher along with instructions on how to access the work experience database. If you have not received these, your school may not be ready for you to make your choices yet.
If you think you are now required to create your work experience wish lists then please discuss this further with your teacher, who will assign you with a correct username and password to access the system.
If there are any other problems please discuss these with your teacher or contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are a school co-ordinator and have a general query regarding the Work Experience System please contact our regional System administrator who will be able to help with your queries.
If you are unable to access the system from your school this could be a consequence of school security settings, please review the following document with you network administrator who should be able to resolve any network related issues.
If you are still experiencing issues accessing the system please report these to the regional Administrator who will be able to deal with your problem.
