	CEG criteria The governors/directors are kept informed of developments within the CEG policy and programme.		WRE criteria The governors/directors are kept informed of developments within the WRE policy and programme.

Good practice guide

Suggest to SMT that you give a presentation to directors/governors about the CWQA
Provide the governors/directors with the CWQA publicity leaflet
Encourage the SMT to have link person from the governors/directors but give a clear brief first
Suggest that directors/governors support the next careers/work related event that involved outsiders from business or the community
At least annually a report should be written, based on the evaluation report (See criterion 5.7)
Encourage the senior management to include CEG and WRE matters regularly on agendas
