  People Management

Most people in schools and colleges have little formal experience or training in the careers and work related education field, when they first start to get involved. Given the ever changing nature of this work it is crucial that staff have regular and high quality training, support and information if they are to keep up to date and perform their jobs well. Co-ordinators need considerable support from colleagues, including senior management given the isolated nature of the job in many schools and colleges.
