The overall management of CEG and WRE is a crucial factor in determining quality. Senior managers need to view these subjects as whole school/college concerns and pass on this vision and enthusiasm to the general staff. A high impact CEG and WRE programme will not happen through a hard working and skilled co-ordinator working alone.
