   Good practice guide

Careers advisers and WRE business advisers will give ongoing feedback as they are so involved in the programme. However make sure there is a system for recording this e.g. a suggestions book or regular minutes even of informal meetings. Careers Wales staff can also give feedback from a more objective standpoint e.g. if you hold an activity day, perhaps the careers adviser could be an observer throughout the event and then write a short report with practical suggestions.
