   Good practice guide
  • An annual evaluation report needs to be produced for CEG and WRE (joint or two separate ones) using all evaluation data collected
  • The report also needs to relate to the targets set out in the previous development plan
  • The report will contribute to future development plan/s

Suggested structure

Background

  • Key activities and events as part of the CEG/WRE programme
  • Major challenges and targets (link to development plan)

Evaluation methods
Briefly explain how and why you evaluated different aspects Explain any difficulties you encountered and note things you would evaluate differently in the future

Major successes

  • Describe successful aspects of the programme, why exactly they went well and how you will build on this again. Refer to how they did/not meet the intended learning outcomes
  • Use quotes and figures rather than long descriptions

Challenges
  • Describe any parts of the programme that encountered problems and describe how you might do anything differently next time.
  • List any action that will add into the Careers/WRE development plan

Summary and recommendations
  • A bullet pointed list of the important outcomes from that year
  • A list of action you would like to see happen (costed and with other implications and advantages to show to SMT and governors)
